setupfile for creo 8.0 not opening on windows 11

I downloaded the zip file  for creo 8.0 and then extracted all the items from it into another folder. Then I tried to open the setupexe file but nothing happened. I also checked in the task manager and nothing would appear. I tried doing the same thing with version 9.0 and 10.0 but I got the same problem. How can I fix this? (Windows 11)

Hi,

look into Event viewer. Maybe you will find some error message.

It is difficult to predict how the PTC will react. Their student support is not very good.
