Simple License Entry "Error!" on first install

Upon the first attempt to install creo 6, following the BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI entry, and login, i get the "Error!" note for adding the license. When looking at my university account, under authorized products, it says Creo: N, does that mean I dont have access to creo? is that why it is failing?

Hi,

sometimes Creo installer is not able to recognize network cards properly.

Please run ipconfig /all > ip.txt command in Command prompt window and upload ip.txt file. I will check its contents.

Question: Did you recive an email containing license file in attachment? Can you upload this attachment? I will check its contents.
