Specs Sheet for Pure Rotor Craft

Is the specs sheet for the "Pure Rotorcraft" in the Baseline Cad Models folder unfinished? It seems to be missing a bunch of items that our team needs to complete the Mathcad worksheets.

    The specs.txt files are not supposed to be there. These files are not needed to develop or modify the CAD models. I used them for my personal reference when I was developing the CAD files - in other words - they are my personal notes to help me build the models. They are not complete and could be incorrect. I do not want students to get confused - I am surprised that they got uploaded. I have asked that those files be removed from the website.
