Status "Requirement pending"

Hello Community, when I try to Install Creo 3.0 on my Win 10 Pc the Status of Creo Parametric says "requirement pending" ("Vorraussetzung ausstehend" in German). What do I do now?

    Hi,

    • did you downloaded Creo 3.0 4GB zip file and did you unzip it ?
    • did your run setup.exe as Administrator ?
    • do you have PTC account created ?
    • is your PC connected to Internet ?

    Hi,

    Got the Problem solved. Windows Update blocked the Installation. Killing the Task msiexec.exe solved it.

    Hi,

     

    I have the same problem.

    Can you describe the way   how you solved it more in detail please?

    So have you killed the task with the task manager and did you do that before or while the installing?
