step-export in Creo 7.0 Schools Premium Standalone

Hi,

i installed Creo 7.0 Schools Premium Standalone in 2021 with correct export of stl and step-files. Two weeks ago it actually plays. But now the exported files have an error if i load them in the slicer software. They have also small file size (1kb).

could anyone help me?
