Student license renewal issue

Few months ago, I deleted  Software, now when i installed the software again it prompted that my Student license was expired. I cannot renew the license.

Can anyone help??

Hi,

before you start installation you have to delete expired license file.

But I am not having any license file..

Hi,

please open File Explorer, enter C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing into address bar. Then make a screenshot of File Explorer window and attach it to your next reply.
