Student renewal

Hi, i have got a problem with my license renewal . Im still a student but today my license ends and creo cant verify me (photo).

Hi,

what Creo Parametric version do you use ?

Usually you can use following procedure:

  • remove current license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
  • run reconfigure.exe and enter Product code used during former installation

Also you can send email to academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used.
