Dear PTC Education Support Team,
I am a final-year Mechanical Engineering student affiliated with Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India.
I have installed Creo Parametric 13.4 University Edition. However, during the Node Locked License Generation process, I receive a red "Error!" message.
When I click "Don't have a license? Click here", I receive an "Access Denied – Insufficient Privileges" message.

PTC Account: Registered using my personal email address
My university does not currently provide official student email accounts.
Could you please verify my academic account and enable the required License Management Reporting and License Management Licensing permissions?
Please also guide me on an alternative method to obtain my academic node-locked licence.
I can provide proof of student enrollment if required.
