Question

"The compressed file is invalid or corrupt"

Hi there,

I'm a University student whose recently tried to download Creo 1.0 for Engineering Design. I've downloaded the license documents and all the set up stuff. I then downloaded the Creo 1.0 DVD zip folder. When it was complete, I tried to launch the program but a window pops up saying "the compressed file is invalid or corrupt".

I then used a free download manager to download it and tried again. But again the same thing happens?

I hope this isn't a noob question or I'm missing something obvious but how do I resolve this, preferably without having to download it a third time? I have Windows XP if that makes any difference. Please help.

Thanks,

Danny

    Hello!

Have you tried to download this zip-file from another computer?

    Danny,

Could you try unzipping the file using another tools, such as 7zip? Hopefully this will help.

If not, please log a call with the Academic Program support team.

    Regards,

    Adam

You can recover your compressed zip file to original condition of file before damaging.

I should recommend you to try tool below, it can also restore huge .zip files more than 2GB
