The downlload link provided in the pdf generates a server error 404. What to do?

The following download link provided with the installation guide is dead.

www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp

Kindly provide me with another way of downloading the PTC Creo 3.0 Student Edition for university students.

    Hi,

    here in Czech republic the link works well (Firefox 49.0.2). Can you ping www.ptc.com -OR- tracert www.ptc.com from Command prompt window ?
