Transfer License to new PC

Hi, I got a new PC today and would need to transfer Creo Parametric Student Edition over. I have a Node-locked License Key from my University, but that obviously doesnt allow installation on two machines simultaneously. I have removed Creo from the old machine but still cannot get the license to work on the new one - how do I do that?
