Trial License install problems

After installing the trial version of Creo, I received the following error message;
"Error loading application. The application license file is invalid."

Any help in getting the trial up and running would be appreciated.

The program launcher doesn't even seem to send a license file with the download.  When I look in the file folder Licenses it is empty.
