Trouble starting trial creo, after upgrading it to Creo 7.0 2.0.

Using the 30 day free offer trial from PTC, and after a couple weeks of using it, an upgrade to creo 7.0 2.0 was performed. Since the upgrade, I am having trouble launching the software.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled as instructed.

    Help me with the error message you get once you launch Creo Trial Edition.
