Trouble using Intelligent Fastener

Hi there, forum.
For a while now, I've not been able to utilize the Inteligente Fastener tool. After setting up the fastener how I want and clicking OK, a window pops up saying that customizing parts is not available in the standard version, and that I need to contact my account manager to upgrade. I have never changed anything in the original files and I'm trying to use the tool just like I did a few versions ago, when it worked just fine.
Is Intelligent Fastener not available in the student version anymore? Or am I messing up something?

I hope @OliverGräbner can provide some help. However, you are required to provide detailed information.

1.] Which Creo version worked well.

2.] Which Creo version does not work well.

3.] Which fastener fails ... or does the error occur for every fastener?

4.] Do you use Student license?
