Trying to download free student license

I have downloaded and used the student free license before but I have a new computer and need to download it on this computer. When I filled out the little form to request the license before it would just send me to the page to download but now it says "Please wait while your request is being submitted...". Am I waiting for a physical person to approve me or did I do something wrong? If I am waiting to get approved, how long does it usually take? I was planning on downloading today and then using it today.
