ucore46.dll missing !!!

creo3.0 is not working on windows 10, it keeps giving me this message "the program can't start because ucore46.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.", i did reinstalled the program several times but its still not working.

please help

    Hi Hadeel,

    This is often caused by an incomplete or corrupted install. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling with all firewall and antivirus turned off.
