Unable to access lms.ptc.com

Hi Team,

I have done ThingWorx Fundamentals Curriculum for Developer Certification few months back and wish to download my transcript but unable to do so because I am unable to login.

I have reset my password from support.ptc.com but still unable to login lms.ptc.com portal.

Please assist me over this as soon as possible.
