Unable to apply University License

Hi, I can't seem to install Creo 12 because when I get to the "Licenses" step, after applying the license and entering my credentials, having done this on 2 clean installs meaning I delete all of it's contents and restart the process, I am prompted with an error!" instead of a "success!"
