 Hi,

1. There was a similar question before - "Student edition - License invalid file or format": https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/Student-edition-License-invalid-file-or-format/td-p/655205

2. Article - "Error "invalid file or format" in the license status for the license summary while installing Creo Parametric": https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS185444

Hi,

how did you get Product code ? If you received it via email then I suggest you to contact a person, who sent it.
