UNABLE TO OPEN CREO 3.0

HI,

I have instaled Creo 3.0 several times and I can not open the program, It hapened the same with Creo 2.0.

I click to the program icon and nothing happens.

What is wrong?

    Hola, tengo el mismo problema que tu,....he instalado el Creo parametric 3.0, y cuando le doy al icono no hace nada, yo también voy a Elisava, ...lo as podido solucionar.??

    I also have the same problem.

    Nothing happens when I click on the icons from the start menu.

    I have the same problem.  I do get the splash screen then it closes.

    I am using a Windows 8.1 with all patches installed, a Nvidia GEFORCE 730M video, 12 gig DDR3 memory and a 1TB hard disk with 800 gig free
