Unable to relicense Student Edition Creo 8.0.3.0 - Error!

Hi,

My student license of Creo 8.0 just expired, and I am running into an issue with relicensing it.  I deleted the old license file located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing.  I then go to the path of C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.0.0\Parametric\bin, right click on reconfigure.exe and Run as Administrator.  I select to allow app to make changes on my device.  When the Installation Assistant opens, “Reconfigure licenses in an existing installation” is the only option to select, so I hit “Next”.  On the Licenses page, I open the Node Locked License Generation and enter BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI.  After that, a dialog box opens where I sign in with my PTC account, and I hit okay.  Then the Installation Assistant shows Processing for a while, and then it just shows Error!  What am I doing incorrectly here?  I’ve included a picture of the error page on the Installation Assistant.
