Unable to uninstall Creo 3.0 Student edition

Hello,

I am unable to uninstall PTC Creo Simulate / Parametric / Layout and Direct 3.0 Datecode [M030] Version. When I press the uninstall button a little window opens up and it shows a red cross only. I am just able to close the windowm, but nothing happens...

How do I uninstall these programs ?

    Hi,

    in the past I used the following procedure:

    1. I deleted installation directory from disk (in Windows Explorer window)
    2. I initiated uninstall in Programs and Features window, Windows displayed error message and removed the application from the list.
