University Addition Reinstall Problem

Hi All

Got windows7 black screen of death at weekend and have lost lots of data which I have recovered, however I have also lost access to a number of programes.

Most of these including Creo Ihave been able to reinstall.

However I had a copy of the University Edition installed after completeing a case study on survey monkey last year.

I have maganed to get the programe to reinstall however it cannot find the licence i have a copy of the software but don't seem to have any info regaurding the licence server install etc. i tried to check my emails in outlook but iv'e also lost them so can email the person who sent me the link orginally.

Any ideas
