University Edition License Error - BK130602EDUNIVERSITYED

Hi PTC Community Support,

I recently had to reset my laptop and lost my previous installation files. When attempting to reinstall and license Creo, the automated installer fails at the License Identification screen and displays a red "Error!" next to the product code.

Here are my machine and license details:

• Product Code: BK130602EDUNIVERSITYED

• Host ID (MAC Address): 8C-47-BE-1A-79-E7

• Software Version: Creo 13.4.0.0 (University Edition)

• OS: Windows

Could someone from the support team please generate and send the node-locked license file associated with this Host ID?
