Valid Taiwanese University Email Domains Rejected by Creo University Registration Form

Hello PTC Education Support,

We are trying to register students for Creo University Edition, but the registration form rejects valid university email addresses from two Taiwanese universities:

National Taiwan University of Science and Technology: @mail.ntust.edu.tw
Ming Chi University of Technology: @mail2.mcut.edu.tw

Both email systems are active, and the students can log in to their university mailboxes successfully. However, the form displays the following error:

“Please enter a valid university email address.”

The same issue occurs with both domains, so it appears that the form’s email validation rule may not currently support Taiwanese academic domains ending in .edu.tw.

Could you please add .edu.tw to the accepted university email domains or advise us how students from these universities can complete the registration?

Proof of enrollment or student ID can be provided if required.
