I installed the Creo application, but everytime i open the application i get a warning message that says
" License Request failed for feature
Invalid feature name: [FEATURE_NAME] " What does this mean?

    Hi,

    this means that Creo startup command is not properly configured.

    If you will send me following files I can help you.

    • license file located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
    • parametric.psf file located in CREO\Parametric\bin sub-directory

    Put these files into zip archive and upload zip file.

    i could not locate the license file , but i have attached the parametric file. I hope that is enough.

    Hi,

    I guess you skipped licensing during installation.

    When you install Creo (student edition) then you have to enter Product Code (specific for every Creo release). Also you have to login to PTC using your PTC account (created in advance).
