What do I need to do in order to get cero to work properly?

Every time I start PTC Cero Parametric 3.0 a message comes on the scree saying "license request failed for feature.

    I had this error too. You installed it with features that you are not licensed for. To solve the problem, I loaded the license file first and then when the install runs it look for the file and only loads the features you have licensed. And you need a license file to use this program. It can be a fixed or floating license.
