What is necessary for a group to host a web meeting for the use of RWDC collaboration

Our group is unfortunately limited by the fact that most of us are using iPads, however one person, (our coach), has a MacBook Air and we don't know how to collaborate through the windchill web meetings, does anyone know how he might host, or we join once he successfully does host?
