While installing Creo 12.0, it only has the option to choose a license file

hello!
i tried downloading creo 12 from the url you provided, but it only has the option to choose a license file. I can't enter a code , its not like in the pdf
im also doing this just to get a student license for creo 8.0

in the second screenshot is the files i got from the download
