Wind Turbine with Spline Points

Hello all,

I'm trying to do an exercise where I have a set of pairs of spline points which correspond to different sections of a wind turbine blade. I've managed to define a set of co-ordinate axis and space several planes away from one another.

How do I form a blade with these spline points?

Much appreciated

The exercise also requires the creation of a "hub" on which I attach three copies of the turbine blade. The hub needs to have some material removed from its back side but I am not sure how to do this. I have managed to create all elements of the hub - apart from this bit. The first three wirefram drawings are what I currently have as parts and the far-right most image is a drawing from which I am trying to replicate the hub from. Which functions should I use to remove the material with the given dimensions of R50 and 150 degrees?
