Windchill Server Location

I have been trying to connect to my team's windchill server and when i go to register the server and put the location link in the window, it sends an error code "Invalid server location. Please change the "Location" field and try again." I was connected to the server using this same link previously and one day it randomly disconnected and started giving me this code when i try to register it again. I uninstalled creo and installed it again to try and get it to work but no luck there.

Any help would be great!
