Windchill with multiple CAD applications

I have several veteran students and mentors who come from several different FRC teams and are "set in their ways" when it comes to what CAD applications they use. Has anyone had any experience (especially with Windchill 10.0) managing projects created with CAD applications other than CREO?

    Team 2194 has the same issue. Those that are not using CREO are saving their work as .igs files, which can be later opened in CREO before saving them into a Winchill directory.

    Even doing so, we have some issues due to the fact that some have their systems set up for standard units, while others are set up for metric units. Although the parts all seem to fit together properly, the files seem to have a memory about what units they were created in. This makes analyzing lengths and diameters interesting sometimes.
