Windows 10 Upgrade wipes out Creo Academic

We've been struggling to keep Creo Academic running, but the recent Windows 10 upgrade wiped out all hope.  The problem is

error.jpgIt used to be that I could say "Yes" and it worked.   Now if I say yes or no the computer shuts down and restarts.  We are considering a summer shutdown with Creo and redirecting effort to PTC Mathcad.   We may remove Creo Parametric Academic 3.0 altogether and reinstall 4.0 Academic when it becomes available.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    the problem is caused by Windows 10 Creators update. PTC suggestion - uninstall Creators update.
