wont install 3.0

this is the file i downloaded....

MED-100WIN-CD-400_M010_Win64

I extracted to the desktop. I disabled the firewall and A/V. I ran setup as admin.

I receive 2 errors that both read ......

"The Procedure entry point ?in@?$codecvt@DHH@std@@QBEHAAHPBD1AAPBDPAD3AAPAD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\Ryan\Desktop\cad\pim\i486_nt\baselibmt.dll"

Windows 8. 64 bit.

    Hi Ryan,

    This issue is observed while installing Creo 3.0 in some cases and is being reported to R&D. The current available workaround is as mentioned below:

    • Copy Creo 3.0 installation files from disc on local drive of the computer
    • Copy all the .dll files from <CD image>\pim\i486_nt folder to the main <CD image> folder having setup.exe
    • Run the setup.exe
