You have reached the max number of license requests for your product type - Error

I am trying to install Creo 12 Student Version (free student version).

There was a PTC system installation issue during setup, and I had to attempt the installation multiple times. Now I receive the error:

"You have reached the max number of license requests for your product type."

I believe the repeated installation attempts used up my available license requests.

I have sent an email to AcademicSupport@ptc.com to help reset my student license activation count. is there anything else I can do? Thanks.
