zoom option doesn't work

i am using creo 2.0 student version. zoom option doesn't work in my computer when i use mouse. let me know how to fix this issue.

    It sounds like you are on Windows 10, right?  Creo 2 requires build M190 or greater for Windows 10, although I'm not certain how build numbers work with the student versions.  There's also a solution posted here:
