All articles on PTC's site give: Server Error in '/' Application. Invalid JSON primitive: An. error

I can't see any articles on PTC's site and we are in the middle of migrating to the cloud and having a problem.  And the site gives the link here to Provide feedback on your eSupport experience.

    It was the same for me at that time.  Back to normal as well.  Just wanted you to know it was not just you.
