It seems to work on my side : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/342750, do you still see this issue?

 

If yes, can you try forcing the language as follows : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS342750?art_lang=en  ?

This article is in an expected state within our Knowledge Base. We are currently investigating what caused it and how to fix it.

 

Can you confim that you have this issue with this article only, and no other?

    I'm not @Marco_Tosin but I can confirm that I've been viewing other support articles all morning without any issues.  This is the only article appearing this way at the moment.
