Hi,

 

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I don't have any proxy settings or vpn and such, but I do have Privacy Badger enabled. 

Once I disabled it for the site I can search again. I will refrain from commenting on being tracked...... 🙂

This looks like a local security policy which is picking the search transaction up as some kind of cross-site issue. PTC 

uses a 3rd party search engine for KB search, called Coveo. 

 

The search browser session will make calls to https://ptcincproductionsewxn9rr.org.coveo.com to retrieve results from PTC’s search index.

 

To troubleshoot, you might want to test it by turning off your proxy or VPN, and see if you could perform PTC TS search. If it works, you want to contact your company's network administrator to enable https://ptcincproductionsewxn9rr.org.coveo.com
