Case Logger for Creo 7.0

Hello,

I wanted to fill out the Case Logger for an issue with Creo 7.0 but there is no "Creo Parametric - Release 7.0" entry in the drop down list.

How can I get in contact with the PTC technical support regarding Creo 7.0 issue?

Hi @AlexanderH

On the first screen of the Case Logger, do you see an option for just "Creo Parametric" ? That should be enough to propose some answers based on your issue description. If the suggested answers don't work for you, then you should see the text "If you are still unable to solve your issue, click here".

You'll then be asked to enter your release and datecode on the following page, and 7.0 is available there.
