Create a new account

I've created a new account using the following page but I can't manage it.

What do I have to do to manage it from this page?

Hi @AD_14337378 ,

Once you have successfully created your account and verified your email, could you try clicking on your username on top right corner of eSupport and navigate to Manage My Web Account? You should be able to manage your account here.

Let us know if that helps.

Hi AshRam,

I think I misspoke. I 've created three account. The first was the my account with SON number, then I 've created the other two but in the account list ( second image attached) There is only my account. I can' t find the other two. When I try to log in with the other two accounts I receive the following message "ACCES DENIED INSUFFICIENT PRIVILIGES"
