eSupport Banner Articles Not Viewable

The banner that appears on the eSupport Portal home page today contains links to articles that are not publicly viewable.  Please correct.  Thanks.

Hello @TomU 

 

I am actively working on this issue.

 

I was awaiting article review & approval for the banner late yesterday, and had tentatively set the banner activation for today with the intent to be live by end of day. 

 

However, I intend to go live fully later today, and have removed the banner for now.

 

Apologies for the confusion.
