Help getting through to assistance

I cant even start a support case, where do i find my SCN number.  When yrying to start an assistance case i get no where, the site does not load any further than the next button?  what gives how do i reach out for support?

Thank you for reaching out. You can find your SCN number by following either of the steps given below:

  • Customers with online Licensing permissions may request a Detailed License Report to obtain a list of your SCNs
  • If you need additional assistance locating your SCN please contact our Global Support team

Could you please provide more details on where you are getting stuck when trying to open a case?
