PTC is committed to improving our customer's web experience. PTC's Customer Experience Design team is conducting an online activity to better organize PTC's Knowledge Base website. Your participation will directly influence the future organization of the Knowledge Base.

 

This activity takes 10 - 15 minutes and only requires a web browser to complete.

    Now that Kelly's survey has been closed, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who participated.

     

    Also, this is to let you know that we are continuously working to improve the Knowledge Base. Therefore, we have compiled a couple of questions and would love to hear your unfiltered feedback.

     

    We are using a video recording platform for which you won't need to download an app. Just open the link, pick one or more of the questions you would like to answer (skip the ones you don't want to answer) and talk away! You can also indicate if you allow us to use these externally as well, but the audience for these videos is PTC-internal only.
