how can you contact support?

the phone auto answer machine is big waste of time, and it hung up on you after long lost time, is there any way to speak with a human?

    You don't talk to a person first.  You have to submit a ticket first.  Then depending on what the problem is you may be able to talk to someone.  Sometimes they can provide an answer through email.  If that doesn't solve it then sometimes a video call could be set up by PTC.
