Hi @MB_10750009 , it looks like there was a last step needed to verify your PTC Web Account. Usually this is done by clicking the verify link in the email you receive after registering.
I've gone in and verified your account just now so you should be all set.
For other Codebeamer customers looking for help with the transition to PTC's Online tools, PTC sent out a series of emails with the steps to follow starting in September.
