How to add Customer Number to account?

I've been trying to add a Customer Number to an account however every time I put it in and click "Update" nothing happens. I am at a total loss and unable to manage my licenses!

    You can't PTC have to do it - Good luck my customer number has been U/S since 1/April and it's very unfunny
