I just created my account today and when I try to log an SSO error pops up.

For Field Enablement site access related queries, please submit a support ticket using the 'My PTC Assistant".

Select 'Field academy' from the menu.

In order to access this support ticket logger, you need to login with your PTC.com credentials.
