My account has a problem

when i open a support case. The following error will appear. "A problem was encountered with your web account. Please contact the Customer Service webmasters to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience" I am not sure what happened on my web account. please help me about it.

    Hi @ZC_8293506 ,

    Checking your User Account information, you don't currently have the "Log Cases" access. Your Online Supervisor should be able to add the necessary privilege.
