"My Recently Viewed Documents" missing in the new eSupport Portal

Hi,

in the old eSupport Portal I frequently used the "My Recently Viewed Documents" portlet and found this quite practical, because in everyday life you normally return to an article several times before an issue is solved.

 

In the new eSupport portal I cannont find this any more. Do I miss something, or has this been removed for good? I miss this a lot.

      From what I remember it's still there.  Although we can't check now since the site is down.

      I was incorrect.  It's the My Active Requests.

       

      Not sure what happened to the recent documents.
